We are DataOps, s.r.o., ID 19550731, residing in U školičky 1148, 253 01 Hostivice, registered at the Regional Court, in Prague, Section C, File 388314. We are the operators of the EasyLeft service (hereinafter referred to as “the service” or “EasyLeft”).
Our service is delivered through the web interface accessible at https://easyleft.eu, as well as through our mobile application. EasyLeft is designed specifically for business owners and entrepreneurs.
Upon placing an order, a service provision contract is established between us, incorporating these terms. Should there be any discrepancies between these conditions and our mutual agreement, the latter shall prevail.
Subscribing to the EasyLeft Service EasyLeft is available to business owners and entrepreneurs. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, individual users acknowledge that the service is to be used for business activities, not for personal, consumer use. The service is provided following your request. Our agreement becomes effective upon our confirmation of service provision or when the service is activated. We reserve the right to decline any orders. It is mandatory to supply accurate and current information when creating a EasyLeft account and to update this information whenever changes occur. The information you provide is assumed to be accurate and true. In cases where the identity of the service customer is unclear, we will consider the customer to be the business entity associated with the payment account used for the service.
Usage Limits of EasyLeft A Trial Version is available for those wishing to test our service. After the trial, you can switch to one of our various subscription plans. The Trial Version is available only once per client. Following the Trial Plan, the Free Plan activates automatically unless another plan is selected. The scope of the service depends on the chosen subscription plan. Under the Free Plan, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the service without prior notice, and to delete all data for accounts inactive for 3 months. Changing your plan is possible, but downgrading may result in reduced functionality and possible data loss. Your service subscription is valid for the period you have paid for. Upon expiration, your account will revert to the Free Plan. We may update and modify EasyLeft and its features without notice, in line with service improvements. New features may be added to plans at our discretion, without any entitlement on your part. Future charges or price changes will be communicated in advance. If you disagree with these changes, you may terminate the service by the end of your subscription period.
Restrictions on Using EasyLeft The service must not be used for purposes other than those specified by us, including illegal or competitive activities. Misuse of EasyLeft for competitive gain breaches copyright and these Terms, potentially constituting unfair competition. Access to EasyLeft through automated means (e.g., bots or software) without our permission is prohibited, except for API use which is a normal part of the service's functionality. Disrupting the service or conducting unauthorized tests for vulnerabilities is not allowed. It is forbidden to spread viruses, engage in illegal activities, or conduct penetration testing on our software or services. Actions that undermine the stability or availability of our service are prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content to EasyLeftand to handle third-party rights accordingly. We will seek compensation for any damages resulting from your actions. Our website, application, and content are copyrighted, and legal action will be taken against infringement.
Payment Conditions The cost for EasyLeft varies by subscription plan. Details on paid plans are available per request. The price list on the EasyLeft website is valid at the time of order submission or service renewal. Payments can be made via cashless transactions or online card payments. Payment instructions must be followed as specified for each payment method. Payment is considered complete once the relevant amount is credited to our account. Access to the service may be withheld until payment is confirmed. We will issue a tax document (invoice) for each payment that complies with tax and accounting regulations, sent to the email address provided in your order. We are registered for VAT. Recurring payments are based on the following: Initial payment instructions on our web interface lead to payment authorization, followed by fixed payments at specified intervals without further action from you. To stop payments, contact us through our provided email or user account settings. Recurring payments end if your card expires, but can be reauthorized for continuation. Any charges post-cancellation requests should be reported for immediate resolution. We will notify you of any changes to your payment schedule via email.
Service Cancellation You may cancel your EasyLeft use at any future time by deactivating your account. Subscription cancellations do not entitle you to any refund. Service and account termination without notice may occur if payments are overdue by more than 14 days. We may terminate the service without refund under circumstances including illegal use, rights infringement, significant or repeated terms violation, legal breaches, or unauthorized exploitation of EasyLeft’s proprietary elements. Immediate termination may occur without prior notice, which does not waive your payment obligations or liability for damages. We reserve the right to end the service for significant reasons, with two months' notice via email. Service discontinuation might necessitate this action. Following account cancellation, your content is retained in backups for one year, without legal entitlement. After this period, content is permanently deleted unless a different agreement is reached. Inactivity for over five years will result in data deletion.
Liability for Damages You are accountable for ensuring the rightful uploading and handling of content on the service, including compliance with data protection, and copyrights, and avoiding unauthorized disclosures. We are not liable for content-related third-party rights infringements or legal and ethical violations. Our website, application, and service availability may be interrupted due to necessary maintenance or unforeseen third-party service failures. We are not responsible for damages caused by such downtimes but aim to address them promptly. Extended outages caused by us will result in proportional subscription discounts, without additional compensation. We rely on the proper functioning of third-party services and technologies for our service delivery. We cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by these third parties. It is your responsibility to secure your account content against misuse by third parties. While we perform data backups, you should also maintain your backups. You are obliged to compensate us for any damages arising from your breach of these Terms, including cooperation in mitigating such damages.
Warranty for Service Faults If you believe the paid service is faulty (in terms of scope or quality), you have the right to claim in accordance with legal standards. Remediable defects may warrant repair, discount, or if irreparable, a reasonable discount. Claims should be sent to [email protected] with a defect description, the affected account, and your preferred resolution. We require your cooperation in resolving service outages, including timely communication and provision of necessary information and access. We are not responsible for service issues caused by your actions, including unauthorized interventions, third-party services, connectivity problems, hardware issues, outdated systems, or software.
Final Provisions ****Our service and communications are provided electronically, with email considered a valid form of written communication. The law requires certain actions to be in writing, and we regard emails as meeting this requirement. Personal data processing is necessary for service delivery, with a processing agreement included in these terms. Service modifications can occur without notice, even within existing contracts. Changes requiring your adaptation must be implemented for continued functionality. Terms and conditions may be updated as needed, primarily due to legal or functional changes in EasyLeft. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least one month before their effective date. Lack of objection within a month will mean acceptance of the new terms. Disagreement leads to contract termination upon subscription expiry. These terms are governed by Czech law, excluding the application of certain Civil Code provisions. Communications will be in Czech or English. You cannot transfer rights or claims against us to a third party without our consent. For disputes, Czech courts at the service provider's location have jurisdiction.

EasyLeft may process personal data contained within its service or accessible for service improvement for clients, often involving employee/customer/supplier data like names, photos, contact details, and user-uploaded data.
Data is processed solely for service provision unless otherwise agreed. EasyLeft processes client data for the duration of its services, with data control remaining with the client. Processing is based on client instructions or legal requirements.
